Often times, it is not a matter of “if” we want to begin regularly exercising but the BIG question is “when?” During the day, we may find ourselves being pulled in many different directions…work, family, friends, etc and we just don’t know how we will ever be able to fit exercise into the mix.

Take heart! Several medical and sports organizations have seen an improvement in cardiovascular health and weight loss with as little as 10 minutes of cardiovascular exercise. Key organizations include The Harvard Medical School, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, American Heart Association and the American College of Sports Medicine.

So the next time you have a chance to take a 10 minute walk, go for it! Every 10 minutes counts!  For more information check out this link: https://www.bidmc.org/YourHealth/The-Walking-Club/Resources-for-Walkers/What-You-Need-to-Know/Is-it-OK-To-Break-Up-Your-Fitness-Routine.aspx
