2017 will be here in just a couple of days!  JTA Wellness has two major announcements as we ring in the New Year!

First of all, we are renovating our newsletter!  We are giving it a new look, new design and a bright new vibe I think you will love!  Tune in next week to see the fresh look we’ve created to help keep you challenged throughout 2017 to find your personal path to wellness.  It’s a secret until next week, but I will give you a question clue to pique your interest!  Is it possible to enjoy food while eating for good health?  Find out next Wednesday!

Our recipe today is for Crockpot Chicken Chile.  It is deliciously easy, healthy and a breeze to prepare!  Simply open a few ingredients, place them in your slow cooker and when you come home dinner is ready!  Now that is a fabulous way to kick off your New Year!
