Time flies by during the holiday season. Sometimes, we find ourselves spending too much time and effort trying to make everything perfect and can overreact when things do not turn out the way we planned. If this happens, we encourage you to try to take a step back and decided if you are making mountains out of mole hills. Make a goal to pick and choose which obligations to fight for and when it is more appropriate – and healthier – to “roll with it.”

The bottom line is, many of the daily “mountains” you encounter are really just small hills. Ensure the mountains faced are worth the energy and effort required by them. Your perception is your choice. How you perceive the challenges of each day will literally change your life.
