Ingredients
  • 2 (10.75 oz) cans Healthy Request Cream of Chicken & Mushroom Soup
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • ½ cup light sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon each paprika & garlic salt
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 3 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced into ¼-inch slices
  • 6 (1 oz) slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese
  • 8 slices (about ½ pound) lean ham, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 20 (Ritz-type) crackers, crushed
Instructions
  1. In medium bowl, stir together soup, wine, sour cream and seasonings; set aside.
  2. Spread cooked rice evenly in 9x13-inch glass baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Top rice with layer of chicken, cheese, ham and pour sauce over all.
  4. In small bowl, stir together melted butter and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over top of sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly.
