Asian Beef Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, trimmed of fat
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 (12oz) bag salad mix
  • 1½ cups bean sprouts
  • ½ cup red pepper strips
  • ⅓ cup light Asian vinaigrette
Instructions
  1. Marinate beef in ¼ cup lime juice for 15 minutes in refrigerator. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Prepare grill. Place steak on grill; cook on each side for 5 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Cut steak across grain into very thin 2 inch slices.
  2. Combine steak, lettuce, sprouts, and bell pepper in a large bowl; toss well. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to coat.
