Chicken & Rice Supreme
Ingredients
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can Campbell's Healthy Request cream of celery soup
  • 1 can Campbell's Healthy Request cream of chicken soup
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 soup can dry white wine
  • 1 cup long grain wild or brown rice, uncooked
Instructions
  1. In large bowl, combine soups, wine and rice. Pour into 9X13-inch baking dish.
  2. Arrange chicken on top of mixture; cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  3. Remove cover, carefully stir rice mixture and cook another 20 to 30 minutes.
