CROCKPOT CORNED BEEF & CABBAGE

Ingredients
  • 3 carrots, peeled and cut into 3" slices
  • 4 medium-sized red new potatoes
  • 1 (3 lb) Corned Beef Brisket
  • 2 medium onions, quartered
  • 1 medium cabbage, cut into eighths
Instructions
  1. In large crockpot, layer carrots, potatoes, corned beef and onion.
  2. Add 3 cups water; cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or on high for 5 to 6 hours.
  3. Add cabbage wedges half way through cooking time.
