Fruited Turkey Salad
Ingredients
  • 2½ cups left over turkey, cooked and cubed
  • 1½ cups red seedless grapes
  • 1 cup celery
  • ⅓ cup green onions (optional)
  • ¾ cup low-fat miracle whip
  • ¼ cup low-fat milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup pecan pieces
Instructions
  1. Combine miracle whip, milk and salt; set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour dressing over chicken mixture, and toss gently.
  4. Serve in lettuce leaves with assorted crackers.
