Fruited Turkey Salad
Ingredients
2½ cups left over turkey, cooked and cubed
1½ cups red seedless grapes
1 cup celery
⅓ cup green onions (optional)
¾ cup low-fat miracle whip
¼ cup low-fat milk
½ teaspoon salt
⅓ cup pecan pieces
Instructions
Combine miracle whip, milk and salt; set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Pour dressing over chicken mixture, and toss gently.
Serve in lettuce leaves with assorted crackers.
