Holiday Chocolate Bark
Serves: 24 pieces
 
Ingredients
  • 2 c dark chocolate chips (50%-70% cacao)
  • 1 c white chocolate chips
  • ½ t peppermint extract, divided
  • 1 T chopped almonds
  • 1 T dried cranberries
Instructions
  1. Line 8 ½ x 12in baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt dark chocolate and white chocolate chips in two separate microwave-safe containers. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Continue until completely melted or about 1 ½ minutes total.
  2. Once melted, stir ¼ tsp peppermint extract into each chocolate mixture.
  3. Immediately spread dark chocolate in an even layer on baking sheet. Spread white chocolate layer top. Using a skewer, swirl the white chocolate through the dark.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate with almonds and cranberries. Press lightly into chocolate.
  5. Chill until firm. Break into 1 x 2in pieces to serve.
