Ingredients
4 large whole wheat tortillas
½ cup black bean dip
12 oz. thinly sliced peppered deli roast beef
½ cup mashed avocado
½ cup chunky salsa
1 cup reduced-fat shredded pepper jack cheese
Instructions
To prepare wraps, make an assembly line with the ingredients. Spread each tortilla with ¼ of each ingredient: start with black bean dip, add beef, avocado, salsa and cheese.
Roll up like a burrito and wrap in plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator until ready to pack in lunchbox.
