Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Popsicles

Serves: 6 Popsicles
 
Ingredients
  • 2 cups chocolate Fairlife or Mootopia milk
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
Instructions
  1. Rinse and remove the green stems from the strawberries.
  2. Place strawberries in a food processor or blender and pulse into smaller in size, but not liquid.
  3. Spoon the strawberry mixture into the popsicle molds and pour in chocolate milk until it reaches the top. Place on the lid and push the popsicle sticks into the slots.
  4. Place the popsicle mold in the freezer overnight or at least 4 hours to get solidly frozen popsicles.
  5. Remove the popsicles just before serving and run warm water along the sides to loosen them from the mold.
