12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved length-wise
1 Haas avocado, peeled and cored
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 lime, juiced
1 dash hot sauce
3 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 small clove garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon salt & black pepper
Cayenne pepper, for garnish
Instructions
Scoop egg yolks into a bowl; add avocado, mayonnaise, lime juice, hot sauce, green onions, cilantro, garlic, salt and pepper. Mash egg yolk mixture until filling is evenly combined.
Spoon filling into a piping bag or plastic bag with a snipped corner. Pipe filling into each egg white. Top with a dash of cayenne. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
