In a large, oven-proof skillet heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and sauté 2-3 minutes, until fragrant. Add gnocchi and sauté until lightly browned and plump, about 5 minutes. Add spinach, ham and peas, and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until spinach has wilted.
Add chicken broth and half & half to skillet. Season with black pepper. Stir to combine and bring to a low boil. Sauce will thicken slightly. Turn off heat.
Sprinkle cheeses over the top, and place under broiler. Watching closely, broil for 3-5 minutes, until top is browned and cheese is gooey. Serve immediately.
