Ingredients
  • 4 cups low-fat filtered milk, such as Fair Life or Mootopia
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ½ cups boiling water
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • ½ cup fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, bring filtered milk and cinnamon sticks to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Reduce to a simmer and whisk in sweetened condensed milk. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in a smallish bowl, slightly smash blackberries to release a little juice. Add peaches and sugar, and toss to combine. Set aside.
  4. Remove cinnamon sticks from horchata, cool to room temperature, and pour through a fine mesh strainer or sieve into a pitcher. Divide fruit into 10 popsicle molds.
  5. Pour room-temperature horchata into molds and freeze for 6-8 hours, or overnight.
