- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, chopped apricots, etc.)
- ¼ cup chocolate chips (70% cocoa or higher)
- ¼ cup pumpkin or sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup shredded coconut, optional
- 1 cup plain cheerios, optional
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Scoop out ¼ cup servings for on-the-go snacks.
