Caprese Salad

- 3 fresh tomatoes, sliced or quartered
- ½ cup mozzarella, shredded
- 3 tablespoons fresh basil, chiffonade (basil leaves stacked and cut into thin ribbons)
- 1 tablespoon high-quality olive oil
- 1 tablespoon high-quality balsamic vinegar
- ½ teaspoon salt and fresh cracked black pepper
- Place tomatoes on serving platter. Top with mozzarella and basil.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt, pepper and serve.
