Caprese Salad

Ingredients
  • 3 fresh tomatoes, sliced or quartered
  • ½ cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 3 tablespoons fresh basil, chiffonade (basil leaves stacked and cut into thin ribbons)
  • 1 tablespoon high-quality olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon high-quality balsamic vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt and fresh cracked black pepper
Instructions
  1. Place tomatoes on serving platter. Top with mozzarella and basil.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt, pepper and serve.
