Instructions
In large Dutch oven, heat olive oil over low heat. Add onion and cook until translucent.
Add potatoes and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add green beans and seasonings. Add 2 cups water and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender. Additional water may be added as needed.
