Trim ends off broccoli and cut lengthwise into spears
Fill large pot with water, salt and bring to a boil. Add broccoli to boiling water and blanch for about 3 minutes. Pour through and drain in colander.
Pat broccoli dry with paper towels and place on non-stick jelly roll pan in single layer. Sprinkle cheese evenly over broccoli and place in oven for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with lemon juice before serving.
