Bruschetta Orzo Salad

Ingredients
1 cup dry orzo pasta
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 small zucchini, chopped
⅓ cup finely chopped red onion
⅓ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
2 ½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
Cook orzo according to package directions; drain and set aside.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
