Chilled Banana-Berry Oatmeal

Ingredients
  • ½ banana
  • ¼ cup dry rolled oats
  • ⅓ cup low fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
  • ¼ cup blueberries
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, mash banana and stir in oats, Greek Yogurt and water. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. In the morning, stir and serve with chopped walnuts and blueberries.
