Instructions
Using a pairing knife, cut off the tops of the jalapenos. Carefully remove the inside ribs and seeds.
In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, shredded cheese, green onions and garlic powder. Spoon cheese mixture evenly into each hollowed out jalapeno.
Cut sausage into 2 inch pieces. On a shish kabob skewer thread sausage and jalapenos (width wise).
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Cover grill with foil and place shish kabobs on heated grill. Cook on 3-5 minutes on each side until peppers begin to blister. Serve immediately.
