Asian Flank Steak
- ¼ cup lite soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 (1¼ pound) flank steak, trimmed
- In 13x9-inch baking dish, whisk together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pineapple juice, cilantro and ginger.
- Add steak and turn to coat. Let stand 1 hour at room temperature or cover and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Drain marinade into small saucepan and bring to boil. Grill steak about 5 to 7 minutes per side to desired degree of doneness.
- Transfer steak to platter and let stand for 10 minutes to rest. Thinly slice steak across the grain. Serve with marinade, if desired.
