Confetti Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup slivered almonds
  • 4 slices center cut bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped
  • 3 cup broccoli flowerets
  • ½ cup red bell pepper
  • ½ cup grated carrots
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¼ canola oil
Instructions
  1. In large bowl, combine dried cranberries, almonds, bacon crumbles, green onions, broccoli, red bell pepper, and carrots; set aside.
  2. In small bowl, whisk together sugar, vinegar and canola oil.
  3. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and stir. Place in refrigerator overnight to allow flavors to marinate.
