Vanilla Yogurt Fruit Salad
- 1 (6 oz) container vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon each honey and lemon juice
- 1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 (8 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 medium red apple, cored and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup green grapes
- In medium bowl, stir together yogurt, honey and lemon juice.
- Gently stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pack in single serving air-tight containers, and chill thoroughly.
Makes 8 servings
