Chicken & Rice Supreme
Ingredients
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 can Campbell's Healthy Request cream of celery soup
1 can Campbell's Healthy Request cream of chicken soup
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 soup can dry white wine
1 cup long grain wild or brown rice, uncooked
Instructions
In large bowl, combine soups, wine and rice. Pour into 9X13-inch baking dish.
Arrange chicken on top of mixture; cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Remove cover, carefully stir rice mixture and cook another 20 to 30 minutes.
